How we rate apps
Every app gets a credibility score out of 10. The score comes from 5 checks, and every check is shown on the app's page.
The 5 checks
- Google Play listing
- Google Safe Browsing
- VirusTotal
- Download route
- Package identity
How the score works
- The checks come first. Each passed check adds about 0.8 and each warning, such as no Google Play listing or a shared download server, takes off about 0.5.
- A failed check outweighs everything. A malware flag from security scanners keeps the score under 4, whatever else passed.
- Smaller signals fine-tune it. We look at how widely and how consistently the app is documented, how long it has been around, whether support offers chat or email, how the sign-up bonus compares with the minimum withdrawal, and whether more than two package IDs use its name. These move the score by tenths, so two apps with the same checks rarely end up level.
- Checks we haven't finished don't move the score. Each page shows how many are done.
- Scores run from 1 to 9.7. A perfect 10 would need proof of payouts, which no check can give.
Player ratings
Players can rate each app from 1 to 5 stars. Ratings are shown next to the score but don't change it, because anyone can leave one.
6.5 and up is green: no red flags found. 4 to 6.4 is amber: caution. Under 4 is red: high risk.
What a high score doesn't mean
A high score means the app's paper trail looks consistent. It doesn't mean the app pays out, and it doesn't make real-money play legal in India.
Bonus and withdrawal figures
We crawl and analyse 361 sources that cover these apps and publish the figure most of them agree on. Operators change their offers often, so always check the app's own terms before you play.
