13-card rummy

Each player gets 13 cards from two decks with jokers.
Arrange all 13 into sequences and sets. You need at least two sequences, and one must be pure, with no joker.
On each turn you draw one card and discard one. The first valid hand to be shown wins, and everyone else counts their unmatched cards.

Deals Rummy

Played over a set number of deals, often two or three.
Everyone starts with the same chips, and each deal's losers pass chips to the winner.
The player with the most chips after the last deal wins.

Points Rummy

One deal decides the game.
The winner scores zero. Other players count unmatched cards, up to 80 points.
Face cards and aces count 10. Number cards count their value.

Pool Rummy

Played over several deals, with a score limit of 101 or 201.
Your unmatched points add up after each deal.
Reach the limit and you're out. The last player left wins.
